Profitics acquires all the assets of UniteOR. UniteOR was an Implant supplychain execution and decision support platform originally built by Profitics in 2009. It was successfully deployed and delivered game changing value at over 23 of the largest hospital systems in the country. Profitics was also a large investor from its inception. Profitics has recently completed the acquisition of all of UniteOR’s assets. We have also announced the launch of UniteOR 2.0 with Blockchain as the foundational technology. The Analytics back end and decision support engines will get a major boost with the new AI/ML driven real time analytics.
